WHAT TO KNOW
Each class is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and invite God’s presence into your body, mind, and spirit. Whether in person or online, classes begin and end in rest, with gentle stretches, deeper poses, and moments of prayer and reflection woven throughout.

TYPES OF CLASSES
- Gentle Yoga: Relaxed pace, ideal for all levels
- Chair Yoga: Accessible movement with seated and supported options
- Private Lessons: Personalized sessions tailored to your needs
RATES
- In-person Package 1: 8 classes for $72
- In-person Package 2: 16 classes for $128
- In-person Drop In: $10 per class (paid at class)
- Online Classes: $6 per class (Contact us for link and payment details)
- Private Lessons: $40–$60 depending on location and preparation
- Semi-Private Lessons: $45 total for 3 students = $15 each
HELPFUL INFORMATION
- Please bring a yoga mat and water
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
- Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before class
- Please avoid strong perfumes or fragrances
- New students will be asked to complete a simple registration form before their first session
