ABOUT US
STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY. RENEW YOUR MIND. CONNECT WITH JESUS IN A NEW WAY.
WHY GLORY YOGA
Glory Christian Yoga isn’t just about stretching or fitness—it’s a sacred space to worship through movement, honor the body God gave you, and experience His presence in a deeply personal way. Every session is built on the belief that Christ meets us where we are—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
At Glory Christian Yoga, yoga becomes a tool not for self-focus, but for Christ-focus. The poses, the breath, the stillness—they all point back to the Creator. It’s a practice where scripture is spoken, prayer is encouraged, and worship fills the room.
Students often find relief from physical discomfort, mental stress, and spiritual disconnect—not just because of the movement, but because of the environment: one of grace, encouragement, and community rooted in faith.
“Christ-Centered Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life.”

Meet Mary Beth (MB) Senechal
Mary Beth—known to students as MB—has been teaching yoga since 2010, offering both Christ-centered and traditional classes. Her journey began when she noticed the toll traditional workouts were taking on her body. When she discovered yoga, everything changed—her body felt renewed, her spirit lifted, and she knew it was something worth sharing.
She received her certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through Yahweh Yoga in Chandler, Arizona, a Christian yoga school accredited by Yoga Alliance. That training, combined with years of experience, allows her to guide students safely through poses while nurturing the soul through scripture, worship, and intentional breathwork. MB is currently working toward her Extended Yoga Training (EYT-500) to deepen her knowledge and further support her students on their physical and spiritual journey.
MB finds joy in watching students discover the many benefits of Christian yoga. As they grow in body awareness, flexibility, and strength, they also experience deeper peace and a closer connection with Jesus through the holy temple He has given them.
“For in Him we live and move and have our being.”
– Acts 17:28
